We just adore Anthony at the Scuba Shack who certified us almost 20 years ago and honestly booked all our visits here just because of him!! The beach, the staff, the quiet rooms are all wonderful after a full day of diving. The Jamaican people are lovely and resilient after such a devastating hurricane, we will be back to support them as soon as possible! One Love "

"Hotel was beautiful and the staff were great. Everyone was super friendly. I was confused by why I was not on the Lady Hamilton side of the resort? I was also confused how I signed up for a timeshare presentation? They usually send offers in the email/mail that offer free stays if you listen to the presentation. We were checking in and just trying to be agreeable and polite but I did not want to spend any part of my vacation listening to a timeshare unless there was a free stay involved. All we got was a discount on a massage. The spa and massage was great too! "

"We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane. We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens. We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes. Prior to the hurricane, we were pleasantly surprised with upgraded swim-out suites at check-in. Will definitely return because of the excellent service and to assist in the Jamaica's recovery/tourism."
