「We enjoyed our stay at The Higgins. John at the front desk was especially helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a 1940’s style throughout with many interesting details. Parking is pricey ($50) but having the car in a garage felt safer than one of the many nearby parking lots. 「This is a very cool hotel and it totally fits the Mew Orleans/French Quarter vibes. Every room is uniquely designed with a theme and the bed is very comfortable. I had one of the best night of sleep. The price is definitely worth it. There is a plenty of free parking in front. 」

「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.」

「The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans」
