There were stains on our bedding that was off putting. Also the check in process was confusing and I received scam emails about this reservation. So I think my data was leaked somehow. The location of the unit was excellent, and our stay was good overall. But I probably wouldn’t book anything managed by cozy suites because it felt uneasy / risky.

From check in to check out there was problems Tv in one room didn’t work, sleeper sofa was broken so our fifth person had to sleep on couch without it pulling out into a bed Maintenance came out once said either they will fix couch, replace, or have is change rooms. Twice there was a scheduled time to come fix couch they never showed up just said they documented our response. We are extremely disappointed with our stay and will NOT be booking another stay. There was no compensation offered yet for our major inconvenience.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. Mold noted in the grout of the tiles in the shower. I was told someone was coming to clean the bathroom but no housekeeping showed up.

We enjoyed our stay at Roami Factors Row. The rooms were nice, clean, and bright. I was disappointed that there was no option for recycling (guests must bag and dispose of our trash in the garbage chute). The supplies were limited, and our host was slow to respond (took 2 days to get washcloths). Aside from those small issues, the property was in a good location, and was a good value for the price. I would stay here again.

Myself and three other ladies traveled from Philly to visit New Orleans and loved our stay at this Roami location. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in perfect distance from all of the hottest places to visit. I truly enjoyed my experience and stay at Roami. This location was the best, near the fun, but not right in the loud noise of the fun.

Good location, less than 15 minutes walk to main attractions. Suppose to be a non smoking facility but definitely smelled like smoke. Clean enough but could be better. Calm location but can get noisy outside building. Place does not provide parking. Paid around $45 for 24 hours but you take a chance on losing your spot if you move your car. It wasn’t a busy weekend so we didn’t have any trouble with leaving and coming back to our spot. Recommend this place & will return.

Amazing

1st off I was given an upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom at no additional price. The space was incredible, spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed, hot shower with so many amenities. I felt like I hit the jackpot. Great price also. I would not hesitate to book here again and will recommend to my friends.

This was a great place to stay! It was easy to get to most places. Check in and out were a breeze. We had the 2-story 2-bedroom and it allowed for privacy. It was clean and well organized. I would definitely stay again.
