「This resort is exquisite. It is located directly on the beach but also seems like it is in a jungle or Forest. The property is extremely well maintained and the staff was exceptional. We were given a room that we weren't exactly pleased with and they were able to accommodate our needs and provide us with a different room. We loved being able to walk around the property with our small child. I would come back anytime.」

The entire staff went above and beyond making our stay 100% perfect. A big shout out to the following, Jay and Jonny. They were both 100% helpful, professional and friendly. 「Room was not ready at check in time and wasn’t until 35 minutes after check in time. Room floor was not clean. Very small BR for 4 guest. Front desk clerk was not very nice and had to ask my name at least 5 times! Parking was not convenient.」

「 The air conditioning unit was loud & the refrigerator rattled. The room temperature was very warm upon arrival. It was set at 77. Once I turned the temperature down, the room temperature was better. More variety for the continental breakfast but overall it tasted good. Front staff was friendly. TV & wi-fi were good. Fair price for the amenities provided. Location is on a busy street which made it difficult to get in/ out if the parking lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 」

「The room was clean, staff nice, but I was charged three extra charges that left my account in the negative. The extra charges were not mine, and I had paid a month prior. They claimed these charges will be refunded, but I’m still without money and In the negative. Nothing was offered to clear the balance previously paid for this stressful experience or help in advanced. I had to scramble to figure out how I would even pay for gas to get back home or feed three kids without the money that they...

「The staff was amazing! Expedia changed our reservation without consulting us (gave us a room with one bed for 4 people!), and although the property had no other rooms available, they made our stay great! 」

「The location and pool area were great. Our room (especially the floor) were not the cleanest. It was almost as if our corner room, were forgotten about prior to arrival. Unfortunately, there were no dressers in the room so our clothes remained in suitcases and in chairs the 5 nights we were there. So…the location was great, the pool are was clean and well kept, but the actual accommodations in the rooms were very disappointing. The front desk team were very nice and helpful…the cleaning team...

「Great breakfast. Great park/gift shop/cafe/ice cream right next door. 10-15 min drive to some great restaurants and neighborhoods. A little less than a mile from water taxi that takes you to aquarium or waterfront park. Great sunsets over Ravenal Bridge.」
