Here is the revised review with that added clearly and naturally: **Do not stay at this location.** We arrived in the evening and found the overall condition of the villa unacceptable. The unit was listed as a preferred/premiere room with upgrades, but it did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. There were three of us staying in the unit, and it only had one king bed and a pull-out couch. There was no bedding provided for the pull-out couch, so we called and asked for sheets to be delivered while we were out at a late dinner. When we returned, nothing had been delivered, so we had to call again. While waiting, we opened the pull-out bed and found stains, food debris, and small black specks that appeared to be insect droppings. We called the front desk to report it and asked about compensation for being unable to use a clean bed. We were told a manager would call us back after 8:00 a.m. We then inspected the king bed and found black specks on top of the mattress cover and a crusted substance on the comforter. At that point, we took the sheets that were finally delivered, removed the comforter, and used the thin sheet provided so that all three of us could sleep in the same bed. The next day, after looking more closely at the room, we found a bloody footprint stain on the living room carpet and a bloody handprint on the inside of the front door. That was the final straw. The 3-bedroom villa was in a great location and super comfortable and cozy. It's short one start because we couldn't make coffee. There were no filters for the regular coffee pot, and they didn't provide pods for the Keurig.

For $500/night I expected better. Apartment was rundown. The door looked like it had been broken open and hastily repaired. The carpets were stained. The tub drain was missing hardware. The beach view was great, the bed was comfortable with adequate pillows. Did not use the kitchen. Although the refrigerator water and ice in the door did not work. Do you inspect the rental villas? If so, then you’re negligent. If not, you are also negligent. There was construction, impeding parking and access to the building. At least the elevator worked. But really, certainly not up to standards one might expect for the price. I would never stay again.

The townhouse I stayed in was in a great location to the tennis courts, which is the reason we were there. It was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable! I loved the owners touch of their kids pictures there. Very sweet.

The apartment had spider webs; no soap, no shampoo in the bathroom! The pillows were like a lumpy rocks- unable to relax,to sleep. I called numerous time to get soap and shampoo and they gave us only one time a soap, 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner???!!!the next door neighbors had a dog, barking… we went to Sanctuary hotel bar and they lost our credit card!!! The security came looking under table and chairs and couch and couldn’t find it!! After couple hours they called saying was under the couch!! Really??!! Horrible experience!!

The area was beautiful our Villa location was great however inside the room dirty cobwebs in ceiling, walls dirty and they offer free coffee but gave you one, under our beds dead bugs and we had a coach roach one night. Totally disgusting and wouldn’t go to that villa again

The villa was very outdated with very old decor and odd furniture. The bathtub wouldn't hold water, the coffee maker didn't work, the included bikes were broken or had flat fires, the curtain rods fell off when adjusting the curtains.
