「The staff are phenomenal. We received a text prior to check-in with specific details to ensure check-in went smoothly. Be sure to complete the tour early in your stay, especially if you're staying in a ground floor suite. I appreciated the focus on hydration as Charleston is warm in June. The on-street parking worked well as most of the available spots opened after 4:00 p.m. 」

「Didn’t get information about check in until I called. That being said they did answer in a timely fashion. It was just surprising to get to the property and unable to enter. 」

「We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. 「Super nice area just outside of downtown Charleston in a charming traditional neighborhood. Nice staff, beautiful room and balcony. Restaurant downstairs was a bonus. I didn't get to take advantage of the nearby pool as it was too cold. I'd love to stay here again.」
