"We loved the room. We did not love our neighbors. My 16 year old daughter did not need to hear their wild escapades at night. When I spoke to the front desk I was assured that they had checked out. But they had not. I had to bang on the door at midnight the next night and scream at them to shut up. Something like that can ruin your night. If I had known that they hadn’t checked out I would have changed rooms."
