"The first villa that we were put in was very dirty and smelled very musty. We immediately called the staff, and they worked to move us to a new villa. She was super helpful and gave us multiple listings to choose from. Since the villas are privately owned, it is really a maintenance company that you are dealing with. The villa we ended up in was very nice and bright. It was more updated and clean. Kiawah is absolutely beautiful!"
