「The king ocean view suite did not disappoint. The view was spectacular. The registration staff were friendly and very welcoming as well as informative. The ocean Blue restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The create your own omelet was amazing and the chef was friendly and cooked my omelet to perfection. The grounds were well maintained. 」

「The property is a new renovation so everything was fresh, we were not placed in the type of room that was booked , and we were told it was expedias issue, we were not offered something comperable only a very small room that was not a suite, we were placed in a small room that was not complete our tiny closet had no rod to hang clothes , also we were not told maid service was only every 3 days so when we asked for towels we were given them with the speach that maid service is only every 3 days. ...

「Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. 「We did not receive the room I requested. They did move us to the correct room. It smelled like cigarettes and cleaning products. There was food under the furniture. Both pools were very green, dirty and not fit to swim in. It cost a lot of money for a very poor experience. The staff was nice.」

「The view from our 1 bedroom condo was perfect, the staff was very courteous and the palace had plenty of emienites to enjoy. We had a full sized kitchen which was great and the listing said a queen bed however was a king size so that was an added bonus. Definitely would consider rebooking in the future 」
