"Very good hotel for the money and very close to JFK. The only hiccup was the wait for the shuttle pickup from JFK. Waited 50 minutes for the shuttle pickup after numerous calls. There were several guests waiting as well - approximately 14 guests. Hopefully, it was an isolated incident. Once we arrived at the hotel, the property was superb."

"I went with my kids and husband, and overall we had a good time here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool was great; my kids spent most of their time there during our stay. The food in the restaurant was good, too. If anything I would say the elevator needs to be replaced and a few other things that are getting updated. "
