"Room works, huge TV , I had a non-smoking room that actually didn't smell like smoke... so that was nice (crazy how that's not the norm) Honestly the only complaint I have is the free coffee has grinds in it...I even tried to show the staff how to save that pot, we just had to run the coffee thru the coffee filter again and it would take out the coffee grinds, but staff didn't wanna hear it....(it was 6am, so I felt bad and i didn't want to be annoying)...I have no problem going to 7-11 for good coffee anyway"

"This was the worst experience I've had in many years and the worst part is that I know how good this place "can" be...The issue, while only being 1 thing, was a very, very big thing...The Smell... the Smell of either death or someones colostomy bag that had exploded ...it smelled so bad it smacked me the second I opened the door. Im not being dramatic either, this was AWFUL. I got the staff immediately who came armed with Lysol, which helped for 30 seconds. There were no available rooms to change and I was desperate so I went and got a can of Febreeze and fell asleep pushing the button with the can in my hands and when I woke up, my 1st breathe in made me start gagging which got me outta bed and checked out and into my car at 6am , instead of sleeping until I have work at 11am.....CRAZZY Please fix room 135 so the next poor sap needing a place to sleep for the night doesn't have to endure this nightmare ."

"Overall good. Good location. I would stay again because it meets my location requirements. The room was very clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. For a Hilton I was surprised by the following things. Could use to upgrade the bedding, it was not comfortable. The bathroom was clean however the attempt at refinishing the tub was peeling off and the no skid rubber on the tub bottom was not clean. TV was not working well and kept going dark and had to be restarted which sometimes fixed it. When I called about it they agreed to compensate but ultimately they didn’t and I forgot to remind them at checkout. Carpet in the room was damp. No privacy/quiet, I was able to clearly hear conversations in the adjacent room and hallways."
