While the property is older, it is well-kept and taken care of; the parking lot is safe and well-lit, and the rooms have all of the necessary facilities. Oh, and there is a Dunkin' right next door.

The parking was safe and newly paved. My room was on the first floor and very easy to walk from the lot. I liked the wall in front of the property to keep the noise from the busy street pretty quiet. The room was huge, same as the bathroom. Fridge, freezer & microwave in the room.

We like the pricing for the time of year. The South Bay Motel has always been a very clean hotel and that's why we come back plus it's conveniently located. There's a good fridge, tv, and microwave. No phone or clock, or in room coffee machine but it's next door to a Dunkin'. So great stay, clean room, and safe parking.
