「Great hotel!」

「We loved the pool, it was the best part of our stay! There is no restaurant on site, but there is a bar. There were long waits to get help from the front desk (or to be checked in) because there was just one front desk person that manages everything. It's a nice hotel very conveniently located!」

「The waterpark was great as we were on an unexpected road trip and our 7 year old had a lot of energy to get out. The room was clean, but the TV had been left on because there was no remote and it took 3 different remotes and eventually finding buttons on the tv to turn it off. Also, the second curtain that covers the rest of the window was missing so we woke up earlier than planned with the sun shining through. Neither of those issues would stop us from staying here again.」

「The AC unit was noisy when turning on and off. The bathroom light came on automatically as I got up to pee. It turned off when I was showering. No grab bars in the tub area. The tub was slick and hair in the drain. The bed was uncomfortable.. You get what you pay for. In this case, a lower cost motel.」

Outstanding spotless and clean room! Delicious breakfast served at 9 o'clock, and a very accommodating and nourishing "to-go" breakfasts prepared for us on the road as we had over 550 miles to drive the following day, Woodstock is a definite stay if we pass through in the future!」

「Very clean. Room and bathroom was very modern. No microwave in the room...down the hall. Onsite restaurant was nice. Parking was terrible. Staff was not helpful and not informed about the current parking situation. Now part of the problem was due to the Fifa World Cup that was in KC the prior week. The tents were still up and taking up most of the $10 hotel parking spaces. Was not clear which spaces were city or/hotel. Need to do better if they host other events,」

There is not a front desk person so its hard to ask any questions or get any issues resolved unless the restaurant is open (we called the manager phone number that we found in the community room and they didn't answer). Also, the email listed on their website does not work. We were not provided any information about Wi Fi access or check out times when we checked in and that information was no where in our room.
