"Was excited to stay here for the pool to take my daughter. We get there and get ready to go in and a rude employee says don’t you see the rope leave there is a private event. The pool is supposed to close at 5pm why didn’t they book a private event after regular closing time for guests?? So rude and I had a very upset daughter. Also the room we had, the air conditioner was horrible and felt humid and was super loud at night. Wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. However the lazy river was closed whole time we were there and the website said it opens in March. It opened over a week later. That was the only reason I picked this hotel was because I wanted to float the lazy river. The Borders Grill is amazing if you are Celiac. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. "

"The room was clean. Tons of shops everywhere! Watch out for half naked girls working outside! They'll hustle you. Great central location. Second time staying here. Slots are kinda tight. But, Vegas didn't get beautiful by having lots of winners!"
