"Staff was very rude. I couldnt get an answer. I was directed multiple places that kept sending me back and forth. The ladies near the kiosk were there but did not want to help, busy chatting. Kiosk said there was a problem with my reservation and to go to the front counter ,then the lady that stands in front of the ropes directed us back to the kiosk where it told us to go to the front counter again and we explained that to her to which she said to go back anyways and no one was there to help . The kiosk ladies were on the far corner chatting instead of helping.then one of the ladies flagged them down and said to help us and gave us really bad attitude for interrupting her conversation. Long story short we were treated horribly for our first experience/time and we will not stay here again. "

"The room was clean but they were doing something to the parking area so no parking they wanted us to park around the other side of the property. When checking in the gentleman didn't explain anything to us."
