"Excellent room. Poor signage when trying to figure out where to park for check-in.. Staff was frazzled and hassled us because we booked with Hotels/Expedia. Said they didnt have to honor the room, but eventually did. It was busy holiday, so I give them a pass. Room was great. Casino only has Asian/Native American slots, no premium games. Great restaurant (Sundance Grill) with good food and nice portions. Despite a few issues, great stay and would again."

"The room is pretty spacious given the price. Staffing are very friendly especially the evening crew. We felt like family being there and the fact that pets are welcome at the resort is even a plus. We were able to bring my 2 fur babies without a problem. "
