When we checked in our room did not have electricity in the bathroom. There was only one light and we couldn’t shower and get ready. The wall was making a buzzing noise inside the electrical socket. It took time for an engineer to arrive which is understandable. However how was the room cleaned and no light was not reported? We also didn’t have a shower curtain so when we could finally shower it was a flooded in the bathroom. No lotion or hand soap pump on the wall. Our friend’s room 2 doors down had that. The shower wouldn’t stop running when we turned it off. It was one thing after another and then dealing with the staff to credit some things due to all the inconvenience was stressful.
