Actually found a wonderful steak restaurant at Terrible's Casino and switched for our last 3 days there as Primm Valley was having some kind of updating (not sure exactly) of the rooms.

Rooms were clean check in was great. Only issue is room service went into room and didn’t clean up they just looked and left. Check out was good and took care of charges for mistake thank you and answered all questions for us.

The check-in experience at the kiosk was painless and quick. The texting-concierge option and quick response when we requested more bath towels was very impressive. The hotel and room was clean and conveniently located. It was a a great overall experience!

I did not stay and look around the other hotels. I know that the outlet has just a few stores in it now. Like I said too bad and sad to see it in this condition.
