「The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. 「Good location.
Staff and housekeeping was good.
We had wet floors due to a leek. The offered another room 2 days into our 4 day stay. Maintenance resopnse was lackluster, didnt attempt to deal with the water. Just gave us extra towels to put down. Windows didnt open and window locks, once pryed open, didnt work. Place was pretty shabby. We wont be back.」
