Excalibur Hotel & Casino

"Overall, the staff was really great. They were very helpful. We were lost. They were helpful and guiding us. The room was very clean which I liked. The only problem was the bathroom. I slipped and fell in the bathroom on the floor. I landed on my knee pretty hard and I hit my upper forearm against the sink, trying to catch myself. So need like some type of floor nonslip floor. Something in there. I wasn't the only one my husband said that he caught him off guard too when he went in there and almost slipped overall I really enjoyed my stay there. I traveled a long way from Arizona and that's a long drive for me, but to attend the festival we figure we give Excalibur a try. The TV volume didn't work. We had to put it to max to even try to hear it at our almost normal setting volume. I will say the housekeeper did a really good work though and keeping the room clean it was just a bathroom incident."

"Clean room and very pleasant and helpful staff. I love the texting service they offer. Anytime you need something you text and 5 minutes later we had it. Like more complimentary water delivered to our room! Such a bonus especially in the heat!"
