David Copperfield's Warehouse/Museum/Apartment Tours

Room was clean. Hotel is old and dated.

Day one: There was no running water in the room. While things occur, staff only say they were aware of the issue and kept moving the projected time one hour. This is a huge inconvenience that the customers should be being accommodated for. Day3: Ants are discover all over the main desk area where we placing personal items. No food was ever brought into the room. The ants were cleaned up by us and they came back. We called front desk and were extremely rude. We were specific to not spray any poison as that is harmful and cancerous. All this was before daily cleaning. We left dead ants on the main desk so that staff could see them should they visit our room as we left for the day. When we returned around 9pm, the same dead ants were still there so no wiping of the desk was even done. Day 4: we gave up as ants were still in the room. Nothing was ever done about the ants despite staff telling us they would call us when the issue was rectified. Luckily for us, it was checking out for us. Overall, we were highly disappointed as this was our first time visiting Vegas. No management reached out to us and front desk was rude as if the problem was ours.
