"The room was clean but the bed and pillows were a little hard for me. Also I couldn’t get the TV to work. But those were the only cons. Otherwise, I had a very nice day and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive and kind and courteous. I only tried one restaurant and it was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it"

The parking for guest, wasn't explained how it worked and also the key for the elevators also wasn't mentioned. The parking structure filthy, trash everywhere, the stairs could definitely use a good power wash. Honestly the resort fee we paid for amenities we couldn't use without paying extra and pools were closed for the winter. "
