「A great hotel on the Upper West Side. I have been staying here for the past few years when I come to New York. It’s close to a subway stop, next to 2 restaurants & has a lovely cafe on the first floor. The staff & service are top notch.」

「The location is perfect. One receptionist is ?very aggressive. Your hotel should definitely improves the training of the receptionists, or I am not staying here anymore.」

「I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations! The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite! The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think...
