「Clean and great service 」

「La propiedad hermosa, limpia, con una terraza divina, el vaporeto tiene la estacion a 3 cuadras, no nos funcionaba la calefaccion y en 5 munutos vinieron a ver problema y lo solucionaron, sin dudas volveria a alojarme ahi.」

The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!」

「I had the best night sleep of my entire two week trip. It was nice to have a pillow choice and amenities such as a robe and slippers, even though my trip was too short to use.」

「Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. 」

「The hotel is very cosy and located in a kind of secret dock by the canal. You're right in the middle of everything yet it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and kind. Alessandra was very accommodating, she let us use the room an extra hour before we left as I had to go to the police station to report the theft of my wallet. Please be careful on Rialto Bridge, there are pickpockets. 」

「Lovely rooms, very comfortable, quiet and clean. It was the perfect option for an escape to Venice. The service was amazing. The location was perfect to explore different parts of Venice, close to shops and loads of restaurants (big & small). I totally recommend it.」
