The room was incredible! We had a suite of rooms—a huge bedroom, and an even larger living room. The room was only eclipsed by the staff—Marke, Marco, and Benvolio. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
Bedroom— there are additional pillows in the armoire.
Coffee or tea? The refrigerator is located in the armoire as well.

Property itself is fine! Nicely decorated room and halls with vintage furniture; closed in outdoor space to sit and rest. However, I wasn't impressed by the communication by the property and it was rather hard to find the hotel. Every other place we stayed in contacted us prior to our arrival and sent detailed info to find the place; not this one! No answer to phone calls. Contactless check in/no lobby, if it's your thing. You need to read a 15 page booklet (not kidding), to figure everything about property and some forms which I didnt even bother to fill in. Upon our arrival, we found our key taped to the main entrance in an envelope with my name on it (where anyone could have grabbed it) because we arrived after hours (after 4pm or something ridiculous). Also not sure about the security within the property as there was a note in the booklet about not to leave windows AND shutters unlocked. Lastly, breakfast is included but according to the map in the booklet; a 10 minute complicated walk to the breakfast place which didnt sound good in the first place. We didnt feel like treasure hunting and just skipped it. It was a joke honestly! Bottom line is, nice property and grounds with rather romantic but small room with ZERO customer service

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit unserer 2 jährigen Tochter. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das Personal im Hotel sehr nett. Das Hotel ist im venezianischem Flair und aufwändig dekoriert. Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt in Venedig und für uns war es bis jetzt (für diesen Preis) das beste Hotel.

Très belle chambre dans une rue calme. Très bien situé. Le manque vient de l'absence de réception. Communication par Whatsapp... L'accueil par Bateau-Taxi était top. Par contre, l'excursion en bateau privé, était en fait un tour en Taxi. On a fini debout près du pilote pendant 45minutes, sans aucun commentaire... dommage. Le reste était vraiment bien.

On nous a donné une chambre dans un autre etablissement affilié compte tenu d’un imprévu à l’endroit initialement réservé. Lorsque nous sommes arrivé au nouvel endroit des employés y faisait le ménage, mais ont sans doute manqué de temps pour terminer, car il y avait de la poussière à plusieurs endroits.

The place is in a good central spot to reach everywhere , plus the room was really clean and big and the staff was nice and welcoming. I reccomend this place because it's really nice and not expensive at all.
