「This is my 7th time to Venice and this room is my favourite. I love this hotel, all the furniture is like antique, old Venetian style, you can imagine their prosperous trade history here. Very spacious room, balcony with amazing view. A 3-mins walk to the vaporetto stop without passing through a bridge (luggage friendly). I am very lucky to have a room available in the last minute on Friday night booking. Although no ensuite bathroom in my room, I have a sink there to do the skin care...

「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「The area that the property is in is very safe and has lots of dining options and is not far from some of the local attractions. The property is as described and fit our needs. The only thing that I can say that needs improvement is the air conditioning, the unit in the living room does not cool enough. 」

「Comfortable and well appointed apartment in Dorsoduro area. You can walk to the Accademia bridge or Vaporetto stop in under 10 mins and there are a couple of convenient supermarkets nearby. The only issue was controlling the a/c which made the bedroom too cold despitenour best efforts.」
