Wanted a place with direct beach access, which with had through Stella Maris. Parking was limited. We were lucky to grab the last one when we arrived. The family after us were not so lucky.

Great place in Sottomarina by the beach

We stayed for three nights. The staff are awesome! They genuinely want you to have a perfect time. Take note that hotel.com page does not mention that access to the private beach is extra (21€/day). The food was ok.

There was many Indian and Korean tourist that did not give us a chance to enjoy the breakfast and also blocked the entrance to the hotel with their tour bus. The pool was not working until June we were told

Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Die Tücher werden gewechselt auch wenn sie aufgehängt sind. Nichts so wie Umweltfreundlich gewünscht. Das Abendessen ist ok. Trotz dem vorbestellen am Vortag wurde das falsche Gericht serviert und es gab keine alternative.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir möchten unsere Beschwerde über unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel äußern. Leider gab es mehrere Probleme, die unseren Urlaub beeinträchtigten. Unser erstes Zimmer war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand: Kaugummi am Bett, dreckiger Boden und abgesplitterte Holzleisten. Dies war besonders besorgniserregend, da wir mit einem Baby reisten. Das zweite Zimmer war kaum besser. Der Boden blieb schmutzig, unser Baby war nach dem Krabbeln schwarz vor Schmutz. Zudem war das Zimmer klein und im Bad war Schimmel. Die Poolanlage war ebenfalls unzureichend: unsauberes, trübes Wasser mit üblem Geruch und vielen Gefahrenstellen. Das Frühstück enttäuschte ebenfalls. Die Teller und Schalen waren schmutzig, die Getränke zu kalt, und die Klimaanlage war zu stark eingestellt. Nur der Joghurt und die Schoko-Croissants waren akzeptabel. Insgesamt sind wir sehr enttäuscht und bitten um eine Rückmeldung und Lösung dieser Probleme. Wir können Ihr Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Positiv: wir mussten keine Parkgebühren bezahlen und auch die 2 Tage unserer Strandliegen wurde erlassen, nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten.

Sono stata a Sottomarina per una notte. Nulla da dire sull'hotel:pulizia, personale super gentile, comodità, tutto ottimo, per non parlare della colazione, di tutto e di più. A due passi dalla spiaggia, grande comodità. Da tornare sicuramente.
