「The location of this hotel is very good for exploring Venice. There is a water-bus stop only about 5 minutes from the hotel, so getting into and out of Venice itself was very easy. It is a brand new building and as such, parking is tricky as there is no signage of where to park (it is underground) and there is no signage for the elevators, so it is trial and error finding the right doors! We stayed 2 nights and compared to some of the pricier options, I feel that this was a good value for...

「第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？」

「We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. I will tell all my friends to stay in this lovely hotel if they can to Venice.」

「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「酒店的地理位置非常方便，到教堂或督督宮等景點只要步行4分鐘便可。步行1分鐘便有小型超市且營業到晚上11點，方便遊客。酒店的早餐美味但選擇不多。房間在上年裝修過，貼比新淨，睡床和枕頭也很舒適，整體來說我們都非常滿意。」

「Pensione Accademia is a rare find—set in a beautiful historical building with lush front and back gardens, which is quite unique for Venice. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, though the shower doors could use an upgrade.」
