We stayed in a very charming and comfortable room with a private bath. We liked the location on a quiet street. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were lovely people. We would definitely stay here again.

EXCELLENT experience! The hosts Esmeralda and Mario are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. They reached out to me shortly after booking our stay with options on how to get from the airport to the hotel. We arrived after the sun set and Mario met us at the boat dock to lead us to the hotel. It probably would have taken us 5 times as long had it not been for that. It’s not easy to find if you’re not familiar with the area. At breakfast Mario gave us restaurant and site recommendations which were all excellent. The only slightly negative would be the shower was small but I expect that is the case with all of Venice. Thank you Mario and Esmeralda for a wonderful experience.

The hosts were very warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. Their recommendations for dining options around the property turned out to be some of the best places we dined in Venice. The hosts ensured our stay was comfortable. It was great to have breakfast included and the choices were very good. The only reasons why our rating is 4 is because of the very small bathroom, especially the shower which barely had standing space for an adult, and some dampness around the external walls and windows.

The property doesn’t have the sign of their name but the owner was really nice to give the guidance hot to reach the property and the room was so clean only you need to share the bathroom with other people. I like the cleanness of the room and the owner was really nice and helpful.

Perfect quiet location near restaurants and Grand Canal. The hosts Mario and Esmeralda serve a nice breakfast and will recommend transportation for excursions and good places to eat.
