「My fiancé and I stayed at Atelier and it was absolutely AMAZING! Truly the best all-inclusive food I’ve ever had. The service was also incredible. In particular, we had so much fun with Miguel when we were enjoying drinks and food in the beach area — he was always anticipating whatever we needed before we even asked! He and Andres were so kind and attentive, especially since I was practicing my Spanish.

「Excellence everywhere! First off, kudos to the architect; this property is flows beautifully! The grounds crew are also top-notch, as every aspect of this resort is impeccably maintained.
The staff were primarily exceptional! Shoutout to the barista's in the lovely coffee shop (nice options there), for helping me with my Spanish daily. Shoutout to Heidi at the pool for a day of stellar service.

「First time at Excellence Maharas, and we spent the day on the beach. The service from Josue and Floricel was outstanding friendly, professional, attentive, and incredibly fast. They treated us with genuine kindness and made the entire experience feel special.
Our room was excellent as well comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained.
What really impressed me was that the director and assistant director personally took time out of their busy day twice to ask how we were enjoying the facility....

「设施一切都很完美。唯一不足的是儿童设施。适合小孩子的只有水池。如果再加一点适合儿童的playground 那就真的很完美了。」

「I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it.
Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome.
The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious!
