"We stayed for four days, and the room had a musty smell. My husband told the cleaning staff that they could spray some air freshener to cover up the smell, but they didn't do so for four days. Maybe they don't understand English."

"I barely slept soundly all night.The air conditioner kept automatically switching between hot and cold, so it was cold one moment and hot the next. When checking in, I explained how I had booked the room and that it included free parking, but the woman at the front desk who was processing my check-in still insisted that I needed to pay for parking. The front desk staff member who helped me check in told me that they don't offer free breakfast, even though my booking included it. Of course, that's fine; the overall stay was terrible anyway, so I didn't really care about the breakfast. I just wanted to check out. One positive thing, though, was that my daughter had a great time in the pool, and there was a hot spring pool, which I'd give five stars for."

"The only positives of this hotel are its convenient location and low price — unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room itself had multiple issues: stained pillows, a leaking refrigerator, and a noticeable musty smell throughout the room. However, the most unacceptable part of the stay was the housekeeping service. During room cleaning, the staff knocked over everything that was placed on the countertop, left the mess as it was, and failed to collect the trash altogether. This showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. While this hotel may appeal to budget travelers looking only for location, the poor room condition and especially the careless housekeeping made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again."
