"My stay at the Hampton Inn LAX was excellent. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. Most importantly, after I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my laptop in the room. I called the front desk and they immediately helped locate it for me. I am truly grateful for their assistance. Thank you for the great service!"

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations.
The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience.
Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
