"The hotel itself was nice and the bartender, Damian was amazing and the food we ordered from the bar was really good! My only disappointment was the check in with Emily who put us in a handicap room stating it was the only room left and I had no guarantee in the room I picked because I went through a 3rd party. I immediately went to their website and there was one room left that she could have given us. Didn’t appreciate the lie. The room was still nice just no shower door. Great location with lots of eating options."

"The room was clean but the shower experience left me feeling frustrated. Awful water pressure and the shower head seemed like it would pop off at any moment. The room was really cold even with the heat turned on. The view was breathtaking and the staff is wonderful. Lots to do and see within walking distance including many restaurants and shops. Horrible noise outside most of the time in the hotel room. I should have brought earplugs and it’s not really the hotels fault. Sometimes there’s noise and you have to deal with it. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here although I don’t know if I would again in the future. I didn’t get a chance to try the Openaire eatery or the pool. The gym was really really nice! Great view and the gym equipment was really unique and easy to use! "

"Really cute hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, clean, not too noisy, plenty of areas to hang out and the pool was a nice addition. The rooms are a bit dated and the hallway rug should probably be replaced since it folds up and the pool furniture looks like was falling apart. Coffee place wasn’t open the entire stay, which was 4 days. Apparently there was an issue, not certain what it was.It would be great if they could lower the price of parking, another very comparable hotel was only $20 nightly and this one was $60 per night. However we did get a great nightly rate for the room so there’s only so much you can expect for that."

"Perfect location for traditional touristy activities, staff are lovely and property is clean. Noticed lots of stores have closed down since we were there 2 years ago, also the streets are looking worse for wear - if you can look past that and appreciate where you are, nothing beats this hotel. "
