"Everything was wonderful! from the kind and thoughtful hosts/owners to the breakfast to the comfy beds to the homemade shortbread!!!!"

"The location is ideal - easy parking, a short bus ride into the city or walk to Leith. The welcome from Luke was warm and room 9 is pleasant enough. The free snack and a drop of sherry is a lovely touch. Sandaig House just needs a freshen up in the décor department."

"Easy access except parking. Small bathroom. Very comfortable beds."

"Great location - close to buses and easy transport onto High street and Royal Mile. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to be away from the noise of the city centre yet close enough to take one bus and be in the center."

"We had a great stay. I was concerned about the self check-in, but it was easy and went very smoothly. The room is small, but it is very nice and updated and clean. A good location as well, walking distance to Old Town if you’re up for a longer walk."

"A great guest house with easy access to the sites of Edinburgh"

"Great shower"

"Incredibly kind owners and the place is absolutely lovely, clean and comfortable"

"had a fuss-free stay. location is within easy reach of amenities"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small but clean."

"Easy check-in/checkout process, great location. Didn't need to interact with staff, so we can't comment on how helpful they are. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower appeared to have mold in the corners and up the shower wall. Otherwise, the rest of the room was clean."

"Good location and the 2bedroom unit was great value. Hosts were very accommodating"
