This hotel was absolutely perfect for our 5 day stay in Edinburgh, tram is a short walk away and it’s a nice and easy 20 min walk from Old town. A lot of coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and groceries nearby. The room was super clean, very pretty and had everything we needed. I will definitely come back and stay here again!

Excellent property with lovely rooms. Information about check-in was easy to follow and check-in itself was easy. Room was well appointed with excellent quality products. Bed was super comfortable. Would highly recommend.

It was less than 10 min. To bus stop. Fast Uber service. Amenities were great. Only one thing missing, a small microwave to heat food. Complete kitchen set up except for that. Furnishings warm and room was very roomy.

Absolutely gorgeous property — new and chic. Lovely area with nice local discounts at partner restaurant (Mara). They accommodated our early check in and were very responsive. Great place to stay, great value.
