Good parking. Found a good pub nearby to eat in. The room, though spacious, was not checked. Tv didn’t work. Shower head wouldn’t stay in place and just flopped down so could only shower whilst holding the shower head. Bathroom light failed in the room. Won’t be rushing back.

The location was convenient, close to bus stops and the main road in Lieth and across the road from the park. The room was nice, but the beds were not good, poor springs. The sheets were changed once in our 10 day stay, though we had gotten sick, and I needed clean sheets, and left them on the floor to be changed. A maid did bring me an extra blanket, which I needed so much.

Timeless Edinburgh Park House

Convenient location near bus lines to city center or beach. Comfortable rooms, extra tea and towels available at all times. Friendly neighborhood cats and lots of puppies being walked in the park across the street. Clean room.

A gem

We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and offerings the hotel provided. Plus it is very well located for easy access to all the major tourist attractions in the city. Would be my place of choice next time i am back.

Pubs and coffee shops within block

Nice inexpensive option in Edinburgh. Has some nice coffee shops and a pub within a block. The park across road is also nice get to meet lots of dogs over there.

The place was well located, tidy and easy to check in. Tea, coffee and milk provided with daily cleaning if required. Unfortunately, I found the other guests to be quite noisy. Found it hard to sleep due to the noise of doors closing and loud conversations.

Given that there is free parking on the premises one can walk from the property about 40-45 min to Royal Mile and maybe 50 to 60 min to the castle. The walk is through a nice neighborhood and can be considered part of visiting the city. The room I had did not have much furniture but had everything we needed for comfortable overnight stay. It was a clean, modest room for a reasonable price compared to other offerings in the city, perfect to crash in the night.
