so many goodies for us in the room! Very close to tram stop. Wonderful host who helped us with our laundry. Cozy kitchen where we could help ourselves to goodies throughout the day and night. The host helped us with tourism sites and maps.

Lovely staff and great location

Everything we needed was covered. The staff were very friendly, the room was comfy and well equipped. The en-suit was spotless, and the use of a kitchen downstairs was ideal. There was no shortage of complimentary snacks and drinks. Check in and check out was swift, and having parking on location was ideal. It was well connected to Edinburgh, with a tram stop near by, and plenty of local amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!

Anthony & staff were very helpful. This property used to be a B & B, but I assume "C" may have changed their marketing. WE stayed in the old/front part - they have numerous types of rooms, on several levels. The property is walking distance to all of your wants/needs & about a 20 - 30 minute walk to Brittania & historic downtown. Their kitchen appeared to offer every type of cooking option & the tram system stop was a 2 minute walk, at most. NOT 5 star, but great location, comfort & staff. - SPA007

A lovely bed&breakfast in a great location. We (a couple traveling) had the room with queen bed and a bunk bed. It was roomy and very clean. The amenities were great: a sink, kettle and a small fridge in the room and full shared kitchen in the same level. Snacks, water, tea/coffee available. Would've stayed longer, even for a whole week! Craig gave us nice tips about the close-by area. Tram stop (and bus stops too) was just a couple hundred meters away. Leith is a nice area in the new town (even our tour guide recommended it). Warm recommendation!

We were made to feel very welcome and at home. Nice touch having fruit on the dining table for anyone to use, and croissants in room. Great location for heading into the city centre (walk or tram) or a wander round Leith.

Beautiful Building

If you want to stay in authentic Edinburough, this is the place. This is a charming old world building with wonderful ambiance. The staff is very friendly and helped us find great places to visit during our time in the city. The hotel is located half a block from the tram station that takes you into the center of Edinburough and to the airport so it is very conveniently placed.
