「Hotel is not accurately depicted through its photos. Arrived at hotel and had to cancel my stay due to lack of cleanliness in room and resort, spa out of order and looks completely different than what photos show」

「Great」

「What a fabulous place! Such friendly staff, delicious, plentiful breakfast and spotlessly clean. The hotel is beautiful and so interesting, it’s almost like a stately home. Located on a hillside it has a warren of tunnels, several levels each with interesting nooks to explore. We still hadn’t cracked the layout before we left! -don’t worry there are lifts too! - we never did figure them out either!! Great fun! We made the mistake of arranging lots of trips out - which we loved, but honestly, we...

「Very nice breakfast but only start at 8:00 am only. Unable to have it as we have morning flight to leave at 9:30. Overall service is good and parking is convenience.」

「We really liked our stay, the food was good and the location of the hotel is perfect」

「Wonderful」

「This was a great place to base our stay in Mallorca. The buffet breakfast was amazing and had essentially every option one could imagine and more! The junior suites were spacious and I loved the private patio with ocean view. Portals village is a short walk from the hotel and has several quality restaurants to choose from, including one Spanish. The port area is also a short walk away and offers several high-end eating options with a view of the super yachts. The bus stop is a 5-min walk and...

「Hotel und Anlage sehr sauber. Frühstück und Abendessen gut mit viel Auswahl. Handtücher Wechsel jeden Tag. Handtücher für Pool bzw. Strand jeden 2. Tag wechseln.

「Staff were so helpfully! Good breakfast buffets, Belen and Lena were on top of everything to make sure breakfast runs smoothly. It’s a beachfront property with many restaurants and bars around. Bus to the city are around the corner. They let us stay on the pool/beach after check out and they have a courtesy room for guests to shower if needed after check out. Will definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Das Zimmer ist hübsch, die Aussicht auf den Pool OK und das Frühstück ist durchaus sehr gut. Tickets fürs Miró-Museum kriegt man an der Rezeption gratis. Für Miró-Fans also eine gute Wahl.」

「The property and staff were wonderful」

「Thanks to the great team for facilitating a wonderful few days stay!」
