great ocean view with direct access to the mini beach. Quick walk to the larger beaches nearby. Nice ocean view breakfast (free breakfast included in all rooms) and I tried dinner at their restaurant and that was good too. Great service. Also tried the thai massage, which was affordable and good. Amazing ocean view from the room terrace as well. Very clean.

Great relaxing stay

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. Breakfast was wonderful, drinks at the pool were cheap and very good, and lunch/dinner was also quite good. The pool area is very clean and quiet with lots of chairs and I loved the easy access into the ocean. It takes a little while to get into the city center by bus, but the bus stop is very close and the busses are quite frequent. There are also a few restaurants and shops within walking distance if you would rather not venture far from the hotel. Overall, it's a very peaceful area.

Nice location, away from the noise and the crowd. The hotel is nice, however, the staff can improve their service by being more friendly and not acting like "you are bothering them" when you ask a question. The cleaning staff left a lot to be desired. I purposely left the dirty glasses on teh table and they didn't replace them for 3 days. Upon arrival the toilet was filthy, and it was the first time in my 25 years of traveling, that I had to ask a cleaning crew to come to teh room to clean it. For the amount of money they are charging, I expected better service/accommodations.

I rented a car when I got to the Island and I wasn't informed about the lack of parking near/for the hotel in particular. Free public parking was about 1/2 a mile down the steep hill then you have to walk back up so that was inconvenient. this was an important solo trip for me and I booked the hotel 4 months prior to my stay and communicated with a rep from the property that I would have spectacular ocean views and I ended up having peak-a-boo views off the side. I had requested to be further towards the front of the edge for more overall views and when I got to my room they were already fully booked so that was disappointing. overall the hotel was good just a little warm in the bedrooms during the summer bc A/C wasn't extremely efficient.

The hotel is conveniently located as Palma is reachable by bus and it's a short drive from the airport. It has a lovely pool and access to the sea so that you can choose what you prefer. Breakfast is amazing with all that you can imagine, they also serve food throughout the day at their bar by the pool. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, and mine had a lovely sea view, as I had requested. Staff are always available and very polite.

Great hotel in most ways! Comfort, location, service, breakfast, rooms, pool + sunbed area, but low standard on the dinner and terrible WiFi + the normal signal is not the best in the area so challenging to take any meetings or important calls... Would definitely go back and turn off the connection to the world ;)

Spectacular view for our 10 year anniversary.

The building location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but we were still able to walk to a beach, diners and shops. We were able to catch the bus in either direction just a half block away from the hotel front door. 15-20 bus ride to Palma which was such a nice town. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was missing some standard hotel room items like a box of tissue, body wash cloth and iron for clothes.
