This is a very traditional grand hotel in the centre of Chester and was beautifully decked out for Christmas, the level of service was top notch, though we were only there for one night we were very well looked after. The carpark with direct access to the hotel was a bonus as was the complimentary continental breakfast, which was delicious and very generous. 」

One thing that I might add is a shower cap in the bathrooms as the shower is a rainfall shower. I struggled to get into the shower, turn it on and not get my hair wet! 」
