「We had no heating in our room (6) the first night there Friday. It was so cold we put our coats on the bed, early hours of Saturday morning, spoke to a lovely lady at reception, & within 30 mins there was someone there to sort it for us, so thank you. It was our 2nd stay there this year, entertainment was really good Shirley bassey was fantastic, food is always beautiful, so thank you once again for a lovely stay, be back in the new year. 「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby...
