「Lovely little guesthouse with fantastic service, would highly recommend!」

「I absolutely loved my stay. From the friendly welcome and great staff, who really look after you, to the spotlessly clean room and super-comfy bed. I slept so well. The hotel decor is lovely. The breakfast was outstanding, again with the loveliest staff managing breakfast. I would heartily recommend this lovely hotel - I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool now but here.」

「Please avoid at all costs, hotel was definitely not as described, had ratings of 9 and exalent that's why we booked to be honest I think genuine ratings was maybe 2-3 and very disappointing, staff were quite rude mattersess was stained with urine /blood ect, someone had been sick in one of the rooms on the carpet witch had just been left to dry, when we asked to please change rooms wee were told we should be happy with room as they are a very bugit B&B. Was really dirty in corridors and...

「Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable.」

「A stylish and spotlessly clean room. A quiet hotel on a quiet street, making for good nights sleep. Conveniently situated for the centre of Southport, the station and bus routes. Excellent communication with the owner. Altogether, an excellent stay. I will look for a repeat visit when next in Southport.」

「The hotel was ok you had to take your rubbish out yourself and give it to staff but there are snow staff around to give rubbish so had take rubbish out of hotel and put it in the bin myself don't think that suitable to be a hotel if you have a take your rubbish out yourself 」

「The reception experience was not good. It was advertised as bed and breakfast but when I got there, I was told that I had to pay extra for the breakfast and never saw anyone to cook the breakfast if I wanted one.」
