「ウインターガーデンまで徒歩で15分ほど。 トイレのドアを閉めると中からドアが開かなくなるのでドアを閉めずに使っていました。 4連泊したのですが外出中に洗濯をして貰える5ポンドのランドリーサービスが助かりました。 スタッフの方は非常に親切でした。」

「Room and amenities were ok but rooms were too close to a busy main road! Window needed to be kept open because hot in the room - so noisy! It didn’t help that the Bin lorry visited about 9.30 pm ish and bins were being dragged to be emptied and in the morning-7am ish to be put back in place !!!」

「Excellent stay with excellent hosts & staff. Room comfortable and clean. All facilities catered for. Excellent selection at the bar & also at breakfast which is delicious. Only downfall was the coathangers being too high to reach. I'm 5' 3". Can't fault this hotel & have no hesitation in recommending to others. Thank you for a lovely stay.」
