Friendliest staff in Liverpool. Only one criticism is that a lot of non-blue badge holders park in disabled bays and it makes it difficult for those needing to park close to the entrance.

My daughter and I loved that we could have a twin room instead of double. The room was spacious enough, clean and tidy. A minor thing…but having a decent normal hair dryer as opposed to some rubbish one attached to the wall was an unexpected joy lol The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

Staff are brilliant. They are very accommodating and helpful. Window sils and bathroom has molds. Sink keeps on gurgling, shower spills on the floor and toilet barely flushes.

Such a reasonably priced experience for 3 nights. The rooms could probably do with upgrading but otherwise it was all good.
