"Positives: Very well appointed room. Gym was well equipped and access was easy. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Negatives: As soon as you check in, they start with the Time Share crap, telling you “We’d like to give you a free gift.” Pretty sure I’ve seen that movie before. Restaurants on property seemed to be limited, with limited hours. WiFi was extremely slow at times, hard for consistent work usage."

"Bare basics for cooking supplies. Not 1 sharp knife in the unit. No baking sheet. Paper salt and pepper packages in shakers. Found a hair in coffee pot. "

"The bed in room smeel like urine. I canceled reservation after first night. It ruin my vacation. The manager response was unacceptable. They should have apologize and gave me a new room. Instead they said I had to stay in room until they inspected it to see if they would give me a new room . After arguing with them, they said I would get a new room. I was so upset, I just left and went home ending my vacation abruptly. Horrible experience!!!!"

"Was stucked because of cancelled flight. Easy to book and staff was welcoming and very nice. Angela at the front desk was especially welcoming and made me feel like a valued client. I especially appreciated that she felt bad for our circumstance but still wished I will come back and stay! Very nice place to stay!"
