「The room was not ready. I checked in and received a key and went to my room - to find housekeeping and an open door. (The cleaner told me the man who checked me in thought a traveling nurse made the reservation and I didn’t look like one, he gave me a different room. He thought someone else was still coming for the other room. The one that I reserved and that WAS ready for me.) She seemed to have just started but said she’d only be a few minutes. I booked because of its relatively close proximity and that they advertised a complimentary breakfast—not a Continental breakfast, but a full breakfast. Thursday morning, there was stale coffee and one poor apple—nothing else. Same Friday and Saturday. I called Saturday night to see why no breakfast and was told there was— 6-9am.
