「This property is in a great location, away from the busy highway, great views, very clean. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and clean. The bathroom/shower was very clean. Staff was super helpful and recommended the adjacent Mexican restaurant which was excellent.」

「I don’t know where to start, but the only thing favorable about this hotel, we’re the two queen beds which were a good quality mattress. The bathroom, shower and sink both smelled like mold and we requested that someone fix that and also the tub was filling with water during a shower. We were not able to get any clean towels when we requested them. The blow dryer was broken. We requested a new one but did not receive that either. I was not able to take a shower for two nights. 「Despite nearby construction, my room was comfortable, quiet and well equipped. I was only there overnight but check in was quick, efficient and friendly and the cafe food was delicious and with the added bonus of a 15% discount since I was staying over. Walking distance to everything I wanted to see in town and to the Hot Springs (I went to Moccasin Springs) for which the town is aptly named and justly famous. Highly recommended!」

「My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. We trailered or motorcycle into town and she was extremely accommodating with us needing a little extra space for our SUV, trailer, and motorcycle. I was expecting the house to be much smaller than it was but it was absolutely perfect for what we needed! We will definitely stay again if we come back to Custer!」
