They need to update their rooms, clean them better. The A/C did not work well. The waffles at breakfast had a weird taste to them. The lobby has been redone and is nice. They just need to redo all their rooms and update stuff, and their courtyard needs redone and fixed up. The swimming pool was not open.

Aside from the flickering main light in the bathroom that made it difficult to even look in the mirror to the shower barely working, it was horrible. The breakfast was awful (coffee was out, no selection of anything edible, etc.). Worst of all, I felt as though I had to try really hard to get a smile or hello, etc. from the person at the front desk. Probably better to just sell this location and level it. It's aweful.

The bed was really soft. The tolet lid didn't open completely. It had the wrong screws. They were to big. You had to hold the lid when you were going to the bathroom. If you don't let them know that your room needs cleaned before 9:00am you can get changed 250.00$. It said they were short handed. I understand that but that's alot to get charged. In the pictures averting that showed a big hot tub in the bedroom. There was no hot tub. They need to show what things really look like.

The building was large and well-kept. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, however, they quickly ran out of biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. There were some furnishings in the room that could have been repaired or replaced. Overall, it was a good experience.

Convenient to stay for Hot Air Balloon Festival. Room was clean. Building needs repairs, our bathroom door didn't close well, among other things I noticed around the hotel. Continental bfast was OK, but not great and they had a tough time keeping up with guests.

The property was a little dated. Our room door was difficult to open and often we had to have someone in the room, let us in. There was a sign for a pool, but we weren’t able to find it. The breakfast was OK, could have been better quality.

Several things didn't work like the room phone. The coffee pot in the room, the clock in the dining hall. Non Locking side door entrance. Nobody had any resolution or know how about how to resolve. Out of Creamer and biscuits in the dining hall. I attribute it to coming out of Sturgis season but should be better stocked during that time. It probably would be easier to just make a PAN of scrambled eggs rather than individual cheese omelets, but food was okay, a little greasy. Room on the end was quiet. Nice big building location off the main roadway and they have a nice outdoor area to sit and eat. But I don't think anyone does. nice water fountain feature to look at.

The hotel was beautiful but when looking for an additional plug we noticed that it looked like black mold, we investigated more thoroughly and noticed it was the wall beyond the drywall. The owners said thanks and then went to smoke. Overall it was fine but it was a little unprofessional in wear and how they acted towards customers. I really hope they really do an overhaul because the hotel has a lot of potential and it is a beautiful place despite how it was. Also the pool was freezing cold, my daughter loved it but it was too cold for anyone to enjoy it.

The location is great. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The shower had weak pressure and the water would not get above warm. I reported it after we left so hopefully it's fixed for the next guests. The person working the breakfast could not keep up with the demand. I had to wait for coffee on both mornings and the food was always running out. They really need to hire another person to man the buffet, especially on the weekend and even more so during Sturgis. The pool was out of service, but I wasn't planning on using it anyway so no big deal for me. Overall, I got a couple of great nights sleep in a good location. I would probably stay again.

Needs lots of work. The bathroom door in our room would not entirely close. Very outdated and old appearing carpets and rooms. There was only one ice machine that worked. We had to work to find it. The other ice machines are broken.

It seemed like there’s a new owner trying to update. Old mattresses outside pool area and against fence outside. Pool needed painted and wasn’t very welcoming. I didn’t go in. Great location and the Mexican restaurant up the street was great!
