「Bed and pillows were very comfortable Room has a large tv, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The bathroom is smaller, however the shower head was amazing with different settings. There is also a very comfortable automated recliner with a phone charger. Walking distance to a Mexican restaurant. I stay here when I am in town.」

Smells like mold, foaming hot tub, water backs up in shower, random mattresses laying around property common areas (hallways, dining room), etc. Most unhealthy AND bland breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Bread, bread, corn flakes, sugary yogurt, more bread, and gravy. Both days.」

「Room was in horrible condition, bed felt like you were laying on a board. Bedding smelt stale and like mildew. We left and didn’t even stay, could not stay in the smell. The flooring was also damaged in several places causing a trip hazard for someone in a walker like me. 」

The air conditioner made a terrible noise. We were 2 days and received no housekeeping service. There was no breakfast either morning, but the sign said breakfast was served and the room was open. 「We enjoyed our stay at the bungalows when visiting Custer state park. The property was clean, well maintained and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying here. 」

「The front desk person was so friendly, polite. Answered all my questions. The room was dirty, the bathroom mirror was filthy. I thought it may be stained so I grabbed a tissue to wipe it and the dirt came off. The front staff was so kind saying there was breakfast and to please help myself but I could not eat the were knowing how dirty the bathroom was. 」

「The hotel was good enough and close to town. The room was a little dark which didn't feel inviting to us, possible just a difference in taste. The room was clean but the beds and comforters were not very comfortable. The breakfast was not worth going to. Over all a good stay but we'll try something else next visit.」
