「Everything as expected」

「This property is in a great location, away from the busy highway, great views, very clean. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and clean. The bathroom/shower was very clean. Staff was super helpful and recommended the adjacent Mexican restaurant which was excellent.」

「The overall stay was good the lady at the front desk that checked me in was amazing but the first day they checked me into a room that was actually dirty and someone had slept in it and used all the things it had never been cleaned it didn't realize this until I was going to bed and so I slept in the middle of the bed away from all of the dirt and pee on the side of the mattress the very next day the front desk lady came into the room saw what condition the room was in and immediately moved me...

「After checking in and getting all unpacked, we tried to connect to the wifi. Signal was very strong but no internet connection. Informed the front desk and they informed us that they were aware of it and are waiting for a response from the internet provider. Checked back the next day. No update. The following day we were informed that the lightning storm that passed through was the issue. Next day, still no internet. After 4 days the internet was now 'working' I put it in quotes because...
