「The outdoor pool was quite dirty when the bubbles stopped. It was overall clean apart from dead flies etc on the floor around the indoor pool. Staff were nice, man is restaurant made me extremely uncomfortable with sexual innuendos and was very unprofessional. Would have been nice to have the bar open outside the restaurant. The cleaning staff were lovely as were reception. Room itself was nice, parts of the hotel overall were tired. It would have been nice to have replacement spa towels each...

「The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel.」
