"Fantastic beach. Plenty of space at multiple bars. Bathroom in our guest room was old and dirty. We stayed four nights, and housekeeping made up our room just once. Not a terrible place, particularly for the price, but not great either "

"Tybee Island is a must see. Beautiful sites and ocean. Sea and Breeze hotel is in a nice location. Staff was very nice."

"Disappointing stay. The room was very loud, from people in the next room. The parking situation was very tight. We were in a room in the main building, I guess, that is set back from the beach. So we had a very small view of the beach. Breakfast was not good. Overall I expected better, for the price."

"Great property, nice heated pool. Was disappointing to find out the town was doing work on the beach.So it was non accessible, you could access it through a shuttle to an open beach.But did not wanna do that, miss being able just to walk out on the beach. The property is great, so when the town finishes the beach, it will be excellent!"

"The hotel is looking worn. The staff was friendly. I requested a bathrobe to our room twice but nothing ever arrived. The breakfast buffet is very nice with good wait staff."

"Rooms dirty, all hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner were empty. room was smelly, unable to access beach due to film production. Loud most of night due to film production. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. the check in staff we nice, the check out staff didn't care at all.... "
